Install Syncthing on MacOS 10.13 install - Fail part 2 - Success!

I managed to get Syncthing up and running on my mac mini 10.13.6 (High Sierra). I had some video issues, but I swear I'll have them worked out in the future. Getting technology to work with us is a journey that I'm on and I'm glad some of you are along for the ride.
